I indemnify Jeanette's Cakes and its employees from all claims/lawsuits arising from injuries/accidents incurred by the applicant while on the camp. I understand that Jeanette's Cakes is not responsible for any items lost or stolen during the camp. The information above will not be sold/distributed to 3rd parties, and will only be used for collecting/processing payment and communicating with the customer. Refunds (minus a $55.00 processing fee) will only be given up to 6 weeks before the start date of the camp. No refunds will be given once a camp has started. Camps may be cancelled due to insufficient registrations, in which case they will be fully refunded. I have read and agree to the terms and conditions of this waiver, and certify that I am authorized to sign it without the consent of any other person.
