Sweet and Savoury * 7 – 11 August
Our sweet and savoury camp is suitable for kids 10 years of age and older. This is an amazing opportunity to learn how to bake a variety of baked goods. We include the use of all materials and tools for the duration of the course. Sign your kids up for this fun week of baking and sample a variety of delicious baked and cooked dishes. Menu may change slightly die to ingredient availability.
Our programmes are taught by enthusiastic baking professionals.

What our programme for the week looks like:
Day 1: Fruit Tarts (learn how to make a mousse filling and sweet pastry)
Day 2: Apple turnovers (learn how to make apple filling and puff pastry)
Day 3: Carrot and Ginger Soup + Herb Focaccia (learn how to make a healthy soup and yeast bread)
Day 4: Fancy Cupcakes (learn how to make cake batter & buttercream
Day 5: Home made pasta and marinara sauce (learn how to make fresh egg pasta and a tomato based sauce)
Please bring an apron, water-bottle, indoor and outdoor shoes and a nut free snack. No experience or equipment is Please ensure that hair is tied up and that clothing is comfortable and suitable for working in the kitchen.
Aprons can also be purchased for $15.00 +hst from our shop.
