Cooking Camp 29 July-2 August

During this weeks session we will prepare a variety of dishes from across the globe.
In our five-day “Around the world” cooking camp young teens ages 10 to 14 experiment hands-on with delicious cuisines of the world that they’ll enjoy recreating at home. Working with many local and international ingredients, they will learn important cooking and baking techniques and organizing kitchen workflow.
Some of the dishes to look forward to include, Argentinian Empanadas, Crepe Suzette, Quiche Lorraine, Goan Chicken Vindaloo, Dulce deLeche Panacotta, Fallafel and so much more.
What is different about our cooking camp? Your kids will take home meals to serve 4 people everyday. Every year parents rave about the delicious and nutritious restaurant quality food their kids are bringing home. Sign up for this camp and let your kids do dinner for 5 days!

Please bring an apron, water-bottle, indoor and outdoor shoes and a nut free lunch and snack. No experience or equipment is needed.
Our location is Nut-free. Earlier drop off is available free of charge – just bring something to do while you wait to be picked up. Although our programme ends at 4:00, we have a cozy corner with wi-fi where kids can hangout till as late as 5:30. If your child needs a later pick up, please let us know.
