Cancelation and refund policies
A deposit is required at the time of booking your party. Unfortunately, there will be no refunds on deposits.
If you would like to make a change to your existing booking we will do our best to accommodate you with selecting a new date. We require 14 days notice to make booking changes. A great deal of time and preparation goes into hosting our parties and events with very slim margins, we need as much time as possible to try and fill any vacant time slots. Consider booking an event with us in the same way that you would buying a ticket to a concert or any other event. If you failed to show up to an event you had purchased a ticket to, you cannot get credit back from the venue. Please think of our events in the same way.
