Party Booking & Cancellation Policy

Booking & Payment

A payment is required to secure your party date and time. All bookings are confirmed only once payment has been received.

All party bookings are non-refundable, as your date and studio time are reserved exclusively for your event.

Parties may be rescheduled with at least 21 days’ notice, subject to availability.

Rescheduling requests made with less than 21 days’ notice may not be accommodated.

A minimum booking fee applies based on 8 participants.

Final guest count must be confirmed at least 5 days prior to the event.

Once confirmed, the number of participants cannot be reduced.

Additional guests may be accommodated only if space and staffing allow.

Parties begin and end at the scheduled time. Late arrivals will not extend the duration of the event.

Failure to attend your scheduled party will result in forfeiture of all payments.

The client is responsible for any damage to the studio or equipment caused by guests during the event.

By submitting payment, you agree to these terms and the reservation of your event date and time.
