2.5 Hours Party for Kids Age 8+
These designs are easy and have been designed to be fun for cake artists 8 and up. Pick your groups design and your party host will guide you in making your very own creation. For most designs we offer the option of choosing your own colours.

Our space accommodates up to 16 active participants centered around one large island table. We are able to add an additional 6 spaces at a secondary table. The basic package includes 8 participants. An additional fee of $60.00 pp applies for each guest over and above this number. The duration of the party for the designs on this page is 2.5 hours. Our facility is nut/peanut free.
2.5 Hours Party for Kids in Oakville
- Ages: 8+
- Cost: $655 + $60 for each participant exceeding 8, plus HST. We can accommodate a maximum 24 participants.
Demonstration:
- A professional cake decorator will demonstrate the cake decorating process and guide participants through the process.
- Each guest will receive his/her own cake and have available a set of tools with which to decorate it.
- All participants will follow the party host and create the same design. Kids have the option of choosing their own colours for most cake designs and because we are all unique each cake design ends up being a little different too.
- In case of cupcake party each guest will receive 5 cupcakes. At the end of the party, 4 cupcakes will be individually packaged in a signature Jeanette’s Cakes box to be taken home. One cupcake is reserved to eat at the party.
- All the ingredients (buttercream, fondant, etc.) will be provided.
- At the end of the party each cake will be individually packaged in a signature Jeanette’s Cakes box to be taken home.
- We allow about 10 minutes at the start of the party for the guests to settle in. The activity takes about 90 minutes.
Snack and Cake time:
- This portion of the party will be self-guided.
- The rest of the time is allocated to having snacks and eating the birthday cake (the demonstration cake serves as the birthday cake).
- Please feel free to bring in your own party food. food like pizza/fruit/vege and snacks to serve their guests.
- For the safety of others please do not bring any foods that contain nuts or peanuts since our bakery is a Nut/Peanut free environment.
- We allow approximately 30 minutes for eating snacks and serving the birthday cake. If you are ordering in pizza, you can arrange the arrival of your order for 40 minutes before the scheduled end time of the party.
- Please also bring your own cups, plates, napkins and serving utensils for the food you bring in. We will provide utensils and plates for serving the birthday cake.
- The party hosts are required to do a light food clean-up at the end of the party. If you would like to bring balloons or any other decorations, you are welcome to do so.
- To ensure cleanliness and safety, participants and guests are requested to bring indoor shoes during winter and rainy season
