Garden Salad

 

1/2 head of romaine lettuce

2 cups arugula lettuce

1 medium carrot peeled and shredded

1 large spring onion sliced

1/3 red pepper

1/3 cucumber sliced into quarter pieces

 

Rinse the romaine lettuce and shred with a knife

Add the arugula lettuce

Peel the carrot and sliver with the peeler

Cut the spring onion into thin slices

Chop up the cucumber into quarter slices

Toss all the garden greens

Drizzle with a salad dressing before serving
