Cup Cakes with Buttercream Flowers

Students learn to use piping tips to decorate cup cakes with buttercream. Areas covered include:
– Baking cup cakes suitable for piping with buttercream.
– Preparing buttercream.
– Tools and equipment needed.
– Principles of design and colour.
– Piping flowers (very useful for decorating cakes too)
Tools and equipment are provided.
