March Break Camp - 2012

Join us for this exiting Baking Camp where Kids have fun and learn about baking Pastries.

During this 3 day camp our young Chefs will learn how to make the following delicious pastries:

Chocolate Eclairs:

Choux Pastry

Creme Patiserie

Chocolate Glaze


Danish Pastries:

Cherry/ Apple/ CustardFilling

Lemon Meringue Pie

Pate Sucre - Sweet Shortcrust Pastry

Life is pretty dull without a sweet treat every so often. We won’t go as far as saying that cakes and sweets are healthy, but making your own from scratch is certainly a healthier and more delicious option.  You will use top quality natural ingredients and omit all those nasty preservatives and colourant’s that store bought items are loaded with. Baking is fun, creative and rewarding in so many ways.

No baking experience is needed

Bring a water bottle or a drink of your choice and please come with your hair tied up if you have long hair.

Please note that children will be working in groups of two and must be able to follow directions independently.

We operate in a fully equipped and health certified and Nut Free Kitchen
