Fresh butter, Belgian chocolate, imported liqueurs, fragrant nuts and exotic fruits are just some of the ingredients used to bring about combinations of flavours and freshness that set my cakes apart. My cakes are moist and flavourful, available in a variety of flavours and fillings.

Many of the designs I create include sugar flowers, but they don’t have to. Often my designs will include creative decorations made out of edible pearls, fondant, chocolate or royal icing and may take on a sculptural theme.
