I use only the best and natural ingredients. I do not use artificial ingredients, so when you are eating a orange cake, real oranges were used to create the flavour and when using chocolate I am using the best.

    A rich pound cake is made light through the addition of ground almonds. Brown sugar, almonds, amaretto and vanilla is a heavenly combination.
  • Vanilla Raspberry Praline Cake
    A delicate white cake filled with alternating layers of raspberry butter cream and vanilla crunch praline butter cream

    A butter cake infused with the taste of fresh lemons and filled a lemon mousseline butter cream to create a uplifting and refreshing four layer cake

  • Chocolate Orange Cake
    The combination of chocolate and orange is legendary. I use two layers of chocolate sour cream cake and two layers of orange flavoured cake filled with a mocha butter cream and Grand Marnier moistening syrup. This creates a cake with changing colours and textures and a awesome flavour.
  • Black Forrest Cake
    Rich layers of chocolate cake with thick layers of fresh whipped cream and sour cherries, infused with Kirsch.
  • Chocolate Bourbon Truffle Cake
    this is an outstanding cake with smooth espresso undertones and bourbon aroma. Served with fresh whipped cream and raspberries it is absolutely sensational.
  • Chocolate Truffle Cake
    Rich in chocolate flavour it literally melts in your mouth. Filled with chocolate ganache and studded with fresh raspberries this is a cake for serious chocolate lovers.
  • Chocolate Praline Cake
    A luscious chocolate sour cream cake can either be filled with a choice of vanilla rum praline or a chocolate praline butter cream. Serve with a dollop of whipped cream or vanilla ice cream

One of the most important things to my clients when selecting a cake is it’s ability to please al the guest in terms of flavour. Many play it safe and don’t venture in to the unexpected domain of the more unusual choices. Remember that an unusual cake is still a delicious cake, especially when it is prepared well.
