Just wanted to drop you a note and thank you again for the wonderful job you did on the cake for my daughter’s bday. Her first reaction when she saw the cake was “oh Mommy.. fondant!”.. needless to say, she was thrilled with the cake and the resulting sugar rush was fabulous! The cake was delicious and got rave reviews from neighbours and friends as well.

I’ve attached a photo in case you didn’t get a chance to take one.

 

I am definitely interested in doing a cake making workshop with you including my daughter and a few friends… will touch base over the summer to see if we can get something scheduled for fall.
