Evaporated Milk

Evaporated Milk is condensed milk that is reduced to 40% of it’s original volume. Tinned and un-opened it can be stored indefinitely. Once it is opened it should be refrigerated and used within a week of opening. May be reconstituated by adding three parts water to two parts evaporated milk.
